MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE

Members present: Hafner, Lucke.

1. Matter of ITRON end user license and warranty deed.
Todd Feland, public works, reported that Mr. Swanson had some concerns, however, everything now in order and Mr. Swanson is satisfied. Moved by Lucke and Hafner to authorize entering into the agreement. Motion carried.

2. Change order for public works facility.
Mr. Feland reviewed change order in the amount of $527.00, Johnson Laffen, Architects, Ltd. (redesign

Moved by Lucke and Hafner to approve the change order. Motion carried.
