MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE
Monday, June 21, 1999 - 7:10 p.m.

Members present: Hafner, Lucke, Lunak.

1. Matter of consideration of bids for award of Proj. 4806, paving Mill Road from Gateway Drive to Highway 81.______
Bids were provided to the committee. It was moved by Lucke and Lunak that we accept the low bid of Strata Corporation in the amount of $519,478.25, contingent upon Department of Transportation’s concurrence with the award. Motion carried.

2. Matter of change order for Project No. 4807, paving South
Washington Street from 40th to 47th Avenues South.________
The change order was reviewed by the consultant; Dakota Underground Co., contractor, $248,347.50. It was moved by Lucke and seconded by Lunak to approve the change order. Motion carried.
