PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA
June 22, 2004

The city council of the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota met in the council chambers in City Hall on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at the hour of 7:00 o’clock p.m. with Mayor Brown presiding. Present at roll call were Council Members Brooks, Hamerlik (teleconference), Christensen, Kerian, Kreun, Gershman - 6; absent: Glassheim - 1.

RECOGNITION OF COUNCIL MEMBERS

Mayor Brown recognized council members whose terms of election had ended and presented plaques to those members in appreciation for years of dedicated service to the city. He also presented gifts to their wives for their "behind the scenes" contribution to the city of Grand Forks.

Council Member Gershman who served as president of the city council for years of service from June,
2002 to June, 2004.
Council Member Kreun for years of service from June, 2002 to June, 2004.
Council Member Christensen for years of service from June, 2002 to June, 2004
Council Member Brooks for years of service from June, 2002 to June, 2004
Council Member Glassheim for years of service from June, 2002 to June, 2004
and to Mrs. Agnes Hamerlik and Mrs. Ann Brown

ADJOURN SINE DIE

It was moved by Council Member Gershman and seconded by Council Member Kreun that we adjourn sine die. Carried 6 votes affirmative.
