Committee Minutes
Vice-Chairperson Nies called the Grand Forks Civil Service Commission to order at approximately 3:30PM in City Hall, Council Chambers. Commissioners, Burlog, Johnson, MacGregor, Nies were present. Commissioner Bredemeier was absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Commissioner MacGregor and seconded by Commissioner Burlog to approve the July 26, 2007 regular meeting minutes as presented. All approve, motion carried.
CHANGES/ADDITIONS
None were presented.
REASSIGNMENT REGISTER
HR Specialist
It was moved by Commissioner Burlog and seconded by Commissioner MacGregor to establish the reassignment register for HR Specialist at 90% as follows:
Bonnie MacDonald
Linda Kuntz
Cheryl Lillibridge
Tammy Woodstrom
All approve, motion carried.
Commissioner MacGregor stated that when he interviewed all of the applicants he found them to be quality people and it was difficult to make a determination. Commissioner Johnson also stated he had the same feelings, he was very impressed with their answers and the applicants handled themselves very well.
Police Sergeant
It was moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner MacGregor to establish the reassignment register for Police Sergeant at 70.333% as follows:

Jason Dvorak
David Middleton
All approve, motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Commissioner Burlog and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adjourn the August 9, 2007 regular meeting. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:48PM.
