Ave N, has made a request for a variance to the impervious surface area coverage requirement [Section 18-0208(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to pave parking areas. Legal Description: Lots 29, 30 & 31, Block 3, Kelsey’s 3
2. Kevin & Shelly Meyer, 798 Dawn Circle, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirement [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a detached garage. Legal Description: Lot 13, Block 1, Western Skies Resubdivision.
3. Minn-Dak, Co, DBA Forks Freightliner, 4200 Gateway Dr, has made a request for a variance to the paved parking & access driveways requirements [Section 18-0302 of the Land Development Code] in order to delay paving. 4. Cheryl Halcrow, 1215 Chestnut St, has made a request for a variance to the minimum lot size for two housing unit requirement [Section 18-0209(6) of the Land Development Code] in order to have basement apartment in the home. Legal Description: N 14.45’ of Lot 7, S 31.8’ of lot 8, Block 2, Lutheran Bible School Addition.
