3-8. (PUBLIC HEARING) MATTER OF THE REQUEST FROM CPS, LTD., ON BEHALF OF THE GRAND FORKS CITY PARK DISTRICT, FOR FINAL APPROVAL (FAST TRACT) OF THE REPLAT OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, MIKKELSON-LANDECO FOURTH RESUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, ND, LYING NORTH OF 32ND AVENUE SOUTH BETWEEN SOUTH WASHINGTON STREET AND SOUTH 17TH STREET.
