Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, April 14, 2011, 10:30 AM in Room A102 of City Hall:

1. Barry & Lisa Botnen, 170 Christian Dr, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building area requirement [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property. Legal Description: Lot 8, Block 1, Countryview Fourth Resubdivision.
