MEETING MINUTES
City of Grand Forks, North Dakota
February 4, 2009
1. MEMBERS PRESENT
The meeting was called to order by Paula Lee at 5:30 p.m. with the following members present: None. Absent: Steve Adams, Mayor (Dr.) Michael Brown, Doug Christensen, John Drees, Robert Drees, Jim Galloway, Al Grasser, Tom Hagness, Dr. Lyle Hall, Bill Hutchison, Curt Kreun, Gary Malm, Frank Matejcek and Dana Sande. A quorum was not present.
Staff present included Roxanne Achman, Planner and Carolyn Schalk, Administrative Specialist, Senior (Planning and Zoning Department). Absent: Brad Gengler, City Planning Director; Charles Durrenberger, Senior Planner; and Ryan Brooks, Senior Planner (Planning and Zoning Department) and Bev Collings (Building and Zoning Administrator).
Lee announced there were no action items on the February agenda and a quorum was unavailable; therefore, the meeting was adjourned.
