Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, December 6, 2012, 10:30 AM in Room A101 of City Hall:

1. Applegren Construction, on behalf of Travis & Denelle Kautz, 833 Ridgeview Rd, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Table 18-0206(5) of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property with a single family home. Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 8, Ridgeview Estates Addition.

2. Todd & Donna Sailer, 6951 Farmstead Dr, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Table 18-0206(5) of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property with a single family home. Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 1, Knipes 1st Addition.

3. Michael & Jacqueline Bergeron, 2450 44th Ave S, have made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Section 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build a storage shed. Legal Description: Lot 2, Block 2, Southern Estates 3rd Addition.

4. Kayne & Patricia Borboa, 1427 Chestnut St, have made a request for a variance to the impervious surface area coverage requirements [Section 18-0208(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property with a home. Legal Description: Lot 18, Block 1, Lincoln Park View 2nd Addition.

5. Shapiqul Khan, on behalf of the City of Grand Forks, 1524 N 5th St, has made a request for a variance to the front, second front, and side yard setbacks, impervious surface area coverage and accessory building requirements [Sections 18-0211(7), (8), & (9) and 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to develop the property with a single family home. Legal Description: Westerly 70’ of Lot 2, Block 12, Skidmore Addition.
