The City of Grand Forks, partnering with the University of North Dakota and other community entities is celebrating Earth Day with a series of public events and activities.

The city’s actions are part of the Green3 Grand Forks efforts to raise awareness about sustainable practices in the three areas of fiscal, social and environmental. Sustainability is the long-term maintenace of well being. Therefore, our Green3 efforts are looking at the long term well being of our local economy and city finances (fiscal), our community as a great place to live, learn, work, play and stay (social) , and of our natural surroundings (environment).

Please attend and participate in any or all of the listed activities. If we’ve missed an event or activity, please let us know by emailing info@grandforksgov.com.
