Municipal Court Staff

The Municipal Judge shall be a resident of the City of Grand Forks and an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of North Dakota. The Municipal Judge is elected for a four-year term. The City of Grand Forks also has an Alternate Municipal Judge as recommended by the court and appointed by the City Council.

Alternate Municipal Court Judge: Alvin O. Boucher

The clerk of court is responsible for the administration of the Municipal Court records and supervises court staff.

The staff consists of two Administrative Specialists who provide information to the public in all cases filed in Municipal Court.
