Mayor's Urban Neighborhood Initiative
The Mayor's Urban Neighborhood Initiative (MUNI) is one component of a collaborative effort to focus on the Near North Neighborhood (NNN) in Grand Forks. As a catalyst and a tool, the MUNI was proposed to assist in developing grass roots solutions, community-wide collaboration and corporate involvement with ensuring one our community's most established, historic and important neighborhoods remains a vital place to live for our current and future residents.
