Special Event Funding

2013 SPECIAL EVENTS PROGRAM

Every year the city allocates funds to help various public events that are offered throughout Grand Forks. The Special Events program was developed to assist groups in providing support for events which:
  • Attract visitors from outside the community and region
  • Promote Grand Forks as an entertainment, recreation, and tourism center
  • Promote the City's natural, historic, physical, or cultural resources
  • Promote quality of life and sense of community

Currently, the City of Grand Forks is accepting applications for the 2013 Special Events Program.

For more information about the program, please review the program description and application. If your group has an eligible event, please complete the 2013 Special Events application form and return 10 copies of the completed form to:

The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, October 19, 2012 at 12:00 noon.
