The Public Information Center offers a "one stop" application process in planning your special event. Working to give you the answers to your special event planning questions and get you back to planning your event.

Please fill out the Request for Application (RFA) form below for your request. A form will be mailed and /or e-mailed to you. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for mailing your application if sending regular mail. For additional event questions and returning your applications contact Sharyl Simeone, ssimeone@grandforksgov.com, Public Information Center, City Hall, 701-746-INFO, 255 North 4th Street, Grand Forks. (Event applications need to be in our office 15 days prior to the event.)
