MINUTES
Grand Forks Civil Service Commission
April 12, 2007
Chairperson Bredemeier called the Grand Forks Civil Service Commission to order at approximately 3:33PM in City Hall, Council Chambers. Commissioners MacGregor, Burlog, Nies, and Johnson present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Commissioner Burlog and seconded by Commissioner Nies to approve the March 8, 2007 regular meeting minutes as presented. All approve, motion carried.
CHANGES/ADDITIONS
None.
ELIGIBILITY REGISTER
Public Health Nurse
It was moved by MacGregor and seconded by Nies to establish the Public Health Nurse register at 87.00% as follows:
Amy Zabinski
Margaret Colenso
Rodney Wawryk
Patricia Nordel
All approve, motion carried.
REASSIGNMENT REGISTER
Public Health Team Leader
It was moved by Burlog and seconded by MacGregor to establish the reassignment register for Public Health Team Leader at 76.00% as follows:
Carolyn Kaltenberg
Kathleen Dunn
Kathleen Mack
Allen Anderson
Theresa Knox
Danielle Kovarik
All approve, motion carried.

REEMPLOYMENT REGISTER
Police Officer Joshua Mendez
It was moved by Burlog and seconded by Nies to approve the request of Joshua Mendez to be placed on the reemployment register for one year as recommended by the Police Chief and Mayor. All approve, motion carried.


ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Johnson and seconded by MacGregor to adjourn the April 12, 2007 regular meeting. All approve, motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 3:40PM.
