Members present: Bakken, Bouley, Martinson.

1. Matter of application by Toppers South, Inc., Jon Borman, for Class 3 (Off and/or On
Sale Beer and Wine) license at 3205 South Washington Street_____________________
The application had been reviewed and approved by the city attorney and by the police department. Moved by Martinson and Bouley to approve the application for license. Motion carried.

2. Applications for gaming permits:
a) Northstar Youth Hockey Team - raffle 2/27/00
Moved by Bouley and Martinson to approve the application subject to review and approval by the city attorney. Motion carried. (Comm. only)

3. Request by Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco & Grain Millers Local 135G to change the dates of calendar raffle from the month of February to the month of May, 2000_______
It was noted that this application had been approved previously. Moved by Bouley and Martinson to approve the request. Motion carried. (Comm. only)
