MINUTES/PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE

Members present: Hoeppner, Johnson.

1. Applications by Westward Ho for special alcoholic beverage
permits.
Heather Doyle, sales coordinator for Westward Ho, was present and submitted applications for special permits for December 2, 3, 9 and 10 at DJ's, 121 North 5th Street. Moved by Johnson and Hoeppner to approve the applications. Motion carried.

2. Matter of resolution recognizing Red River Snowmobile Club as
public-spirited organization.
Howard Swanson, city attorney, advised committee that they could not waive fee for site authorization.

Moved by Johnson and Hoeppner to adopt resolution recognizing Red River Snowmobile Club as a public-spirited organization eligible to conduct gaming. Motion carried.
