1. Matter of agreement for sludge disposal, Project No. 3832,
lagoon pre-treatment cells.
Item withdrawn - no action taken.

2. Matter of awarding contract for dredging sludge in primary
pond at wastewater lagoon.
The committee reviewed proposals received. Moved by Glassheim and Beyer to award contract to Mini-Dredge at an hourly rate of $144.00/hour to a maximum of $30,000. Motion carried.

3. Consideration of bids for heat-a-mix asphalt paving machine
for street department.
The committee reviewed proposals received. Moved by Beyer and Beach to award contract to Northwestern Equipment, Inc. for $6,362.00. Motion carried. (committee only)
