MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE
Tuesday, September 6, 1994 - 7:00 p.m.

Members present: Hagness, Beyer, Klave, Hamerlik.

1. Consideration of bids:
a) Project 4218, Dist. 351, temporary lift station on 32nd
Avenue South.
Committee reviewed tabulation of bids received. Moved by Hamerlik and Klave that we accept the low bid of Molstad Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $79,750.00. Motion carried.

b) Project 4247, Dist. 354, forcemain along S. 48th Street.
The committee reviewed tabulation of bids received. Moved by Hamerlik and Klave that we accept the low bid of Soberaski, Inc. in the amount of $167,305.00. Motion carried.

c) Project 4242, Dist. 355, sanitary sewer on N. 51st Street.
Held in committee.

2. Matter of plans and specifications:
a) Proj. 4257, watermain on South 36th Street from 22nd to
24th Avenue South.
b) Proj. 4256, sanitary sewer on S. 36th Street from 22nd to
24th Avenue South.
It was noted that these projects will be installed under private construction. Moved by Hamerlik and Klave that we approve plans and specifications. Motion carried.

3. Matter of request to install watermain in city right of way
on North 44th Street and 24th Avenue North.
Held in committee.
