Members present: Sande, Ellingson.

1. Matter of disposal of unneeded 1970 John Deere backhoe in
fire department.
Chairman Sande reported that the city attorney had advised that the property must be declared surplus. Moved by Ellingson and Sande to declare the property as surplus and to offer for sale. Motion carried.
