MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE

Members present: Hagness, Beyer.

1. Consideration of bids:
a) fuel tank and pump at landfill.
A communication from Brian Krenelka, Vice President, Hobbs, Inc. protesting bid for fuel tank and pump at the landfill and asking committee to consider their comments before acting on the bid proposals, was presented to the committee. Mr. Krenelka was unable to attend tonight's meeting. After review of Mr. Krenelka's letter, it was moved by Beyer and Hagness to accept the bid of Valley Electric & Petroleum Equipment in the amount of $8,755.00. Motion carried.
