MINUTES/PUBLIC SERVICE COMMITTEE

Members present: Hafner, Klave.

1. Matter of Engineering Department office systems.
Costs for office systems for engineering/inspections were reviewed with committee: 8 new systems and chairs, 5 desks and chairs from Sam's, counter stool, mod. for Tammy and modif. for Heather at total cost of $18,175.81; that they will relocate 11 employees to the new inspections area, 3 employees will be relocated to the original inspection area, inspectors now located in the second floor hall will be moved to both the old and new areas. Moved by Hafner and Klave to approve spending of up to $18,175.81 for office systems with ability to sole source Herman-Miller Systems. Motion carried.
