MINUTES/FINANCE COMMITTEE

Members present: Babinchak, Brooks, Carpenter, Hamerlik.

1. Matter of ordinance relating to the issuance of Sewer Reserve Revenue Bonds to finance additions and improvements
to the municipal water, sewage and storm sewer utilities.__
Mr. Schmisek stated they are asking to make recommendation to introduce ordinance, this will come back for second reading and passage on the 20TH and time for filing petitions for referendum will be 30 days from September 20, and shouldn’t interfere with time table.

Moved by Carpenter and Brooks for approval and to introduce the ordinance for first reading. Motion carried.

Moved by Brooks and Carpenter to adjourn, meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
