1. Application for special alcoholic beverage license:
a) Red River Cafe for event at Empire theatre on Sunday, February 14, 1999.
Moved by Bouley and Bakken to accept application for permit. Motion carried.

b) Bronze Boot for event on February 12, 1999 for ND National Guard Enlisted Men's Party.
Moved by Bouley and Bakken to approve the applications, contingent upon review and approval by the city attorney. Motion carried. (Comm.only)

2. Application for gaming permit:
a) Inmed Student Association - raffle on February 13.
Moved by Bouley and Bakken to approve the application. Motion carried. (Comm.only)
