Chair Report – Marsha Gunderson
Gunderson wished the members Happy Holidays and invited Commissioners to partake of the treats provided; she also thanked the members for the flower arrangement she received from them.

Coordinator Report – Peg O’Leary
Lustron House (formerly 602 Lincoln Dr.) – The meeting at the County Historical Society Museum went very well. The deans from NDSU are excited about having their students participate in the reconstruction process and will put together a proposal for early fall 2006, after the flood wall is completed along the museum property.
GF County Fairgrounds – The Beautification proposal from HPC and the Fair Board was distributed. The subcommittee will reconvene after we receive word regarding the allocation. We’re still looking for historic photos of the Fairgrounds. Gunderson thanked members Flemmer, Iseminger, and Sickels for serving on the subcommittee with O’Leary.
St. Michael’s Hospital and Nurses’ Residence Flood Wall – O’Leary met with Corps representatives and Mike Yavarow at Construction Engineers to view the cement cast of the proposed wall. A sample of the lower two-thirds (brick/sandstone layers) of the wall was on display and looks very good. O’Leary distributed spec sheets for the hospital and residence entries.
625 9th Ave. S. – Susan Quinnell, ND Review and Compliance Officer, agreed with HPC restrictions and signed off on the project.
Donor Forms – Forms were distributed for member additions and signatures.

Meeting adjourned. 8:00 p.m.
The next regular meeting will be at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006, in City Hall room A101.

Respectfully submitted,

Peg O’Leary
