OF THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA

The city council of the city of Grand Forks, North Dakota met in special session in the council chambers in the City Hall on Tuesday, April 9, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. with Mayor Polovitz presiding, pursuant to call by Mayor Polovitz, which was served on all members of the council on April 4, 1996: Document No. 7009 - Notice.

Present at roll call were Council Members Beach, McCabe, Hoeppner, Hanson, Carpenter, Klave, Beyer - 7; absent: Council Members Hamerlik, Glassheim, Sande, Babinchak, Geller, Johnson, Hagness - 7.

APPROVE BALLOT LANGUAGE FOR MEASURE
ON PRINTING OF MINUTES

The Committee of the Whole reported having considered the matter of language for measure to appear on ballot for primary election on June 11, 1996, re. printing of minutes, and recommended to amend the ballot language to change the dollar amount of current cost from $24,000 to $16,000.

It was moved by Council Member McCabe and seconded by Council Member Klave that this recommendation be and is hereby approved. Carried 7 votes affirmative.

ADJOURN

It was moved by Council Member Beach and seconded by Council Member Hoeppner that we do now adjourn. Carried 7 votes affirmative.
