Grand Forks, ND – The City of Grand Forks has closed the Greenway access point on Elmwood Dr. Additional closures will be installed on the Greenway at 2nd Ave. N. and the access to Riverside Park on N. 1st Street on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.

The Red River in Grand Forks is expected to reach flood stage (28 feet) later this week.
