Grand Forks, ND – Mayor Michael R. Brown has rescinded an emergency order authorizing law enforcement to keep unauthorized persons from entering upon or disturbing or tampering with any temporary or permanent flood wall, levee, dike, or any other portion of the flood control improvements.

The purpose of the order was to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and visitors of the City of Grand Forks and to avoid interference with the City’s flood fight activities, efforts and facilities.
