City of Grand Forks News Release - 04/28/2011

Grand Forks, ND – The City of Grand Forks will be closing a section of 1st Avenue
North between North 4th Street and North 5th Street on Monday, May 2, 2011.
Significant construction improvements to Central High School will require the closure
until construction is completed at the site.
Customers using the ramp need to be aware that the ramp’s exits on the 1st Avenue side
will also be closed and will change the traffic flow in the ramp. All traffic will enter on
North 5th Street from either direction. The exit will be on North 4th Street with a right turn
only.
Signage will be in place to aide in the safe and expedient flow of traffic.
