RE: Board of Adjustments Meeting

Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2011, 10:30 AM in Room A101 of City Hall:

1. Bill Schoen, on behalf of Mitchell & Jode Gibbs, 2680 8th Ave N, has made a request for a variance to the second front yard setback requirements [Section 18-0208(8) of the Land Development Code] in order to a screening wall close to the property line. Legal Description: Lots 19 & A, Block 4, Swangler Subdivision.

2. Donald Sandbothe, 7002 S Columbia Rd, has made a request for a variance to the accessory building requirements [Table 18-0206(5) of the Land Development Code] in order to build a detached garage. Legal Description: Pt NE ¼, SE ¼, Section 32-151-50.
