Relating to a sales and use tax exemption for clothing
Description -
Gross receipts from sales of clothing are exempt from taxes imposed under this chapter.
The tax commissioner shall make annual allocations of funds provided by legislative
appropriations among cities and counties imposing sales taxes to offset the lost city and county sales tax revenue from this exemption
