Provide for an interchange on interstate 29.
Description -
The director of the department of transportation shall cooperate with the appropriate
political subdivisions and stakeholders to determine the feasibility and desirability of including an interchange at forty - seventh avenue south of the city of Grand Forks and interstate 29 and i f environmental clearance is obtained, include the interchange in the statewide transportation improvement program final document for completion by December 31, 2016 .
