Lieutenant Michael Ferguson

The Human Resources Bureau (HRB), is commanded by Lt. Michael Ferguson. The primary functions of HRB is to organize, coordinate and oversee the department's recruitment, retention, hiring, promotions, work force safety, pay and benefit issues, performance evaluation systems, training, educational internships, work study positions and other miscellaneous volunteer programs.
