    NARRATIVE

    At about 11:15 am yesterday, the Grand Forks Police Dept. received a report from a concerned mother. The parent reported that her 16 yr old son, Eric Belliveau is missing. Officer’s responded and began an investigation. The investigation has found that Eric has for some time been corresponding on line with an adult female claiming to be from another state. It has also found that Eric likely met with this female in the 1100 Blk of Landeco Lane, at around 9am yesterday in Grand Forks. It appears that Eric willingly left with her in a vehicle. A possible vehicle description is silver, or perhaps brown, 2007 BMW Wagon, Tennessee Plate #943ZDT. Their whereabouts at this time is unknown. Eric’s’ mother described Eric as a very vulnerable person who is easily led and taken advantage off. Eric also has a noticeable tremor in his hands.

    Eric Belliveau’s description is as follows:
    5’ 4” tall, 120 lbs., with short cropped brown hair and brown eyes.
    Eric was wearing red T- shirt, with gray track pants with red stripes

    UPDATE: April 28, 2011

    At about 9:30 am today, Eric Belliveau was located in Knoxville TN. He is healthy and has been temporarily placed in a shelter while his family is making transportation arrangements for his return.

    The investigation is continuing regarding the circumstances involved in his leaving Grand Forks.
