    NARRATIVE

    At about 1914 hrs. on 4-30-11 officers were dispatched to the area of 4062 Pioneer Drive in regards to a man threatening someone with a gun. Upon arrival officers located the suspect at 4084 Pioneer Drive. The man was called out of the residence and he came out and was taken into custody without incident.

    Through investigation it was determined that the man went to a neighbor’s residence with a shotgun and ammo and threatened a woman. A shotgun and ammo were recovered from the man’s residence. The man, Charles Mould, age 60 was taken to the Grand Forks County Correctional Center. He is charged with Terrorizing, a class C Felony.
