    NARRATIVE

    The Grand Forks Police Department has received thirty-one complaints from citizens reporting broken windows to vehicles, businesses, and residences since March 1, 2011. Many of the windows appear to have been broken by BB guns or marbles and others by random objects. These incidents have occurred throughout the city of Grand Forks. It is unknown if they are related to one another.

    The Grand Forks Police Department is continuing to receive complaints from citizens reporting broken windows. As before, these windows have been from vehicles and buildings and appear to have been shot with a BB or pellet gun. Since the last press release there have been 34 additional incidents throughout the city (totaling 65 since March 1, 2011).

    One juvenile suspect has been arrested in connection to these crimes and the investigation is continuing.
