Permits required Monday - Friday, and in all 24HR reserved spaces
The City of Grand Forks operates two of the three downtown parking ramps. Central Ramp, located south of Central High School at 415 1st Ave N. Corporate Ramp, located at 55 S 5th St, And between the Metro Transit Center and the Alerus Bank, Brady Martz, Camrud Law Corporate Center office building.
There are two permit options in both Central & Corporate ramps:
Standard permit holders have guaranteed parking from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, in a designated section in the ramp. Overnight and on weekends, this parking is available for free in these areas to the public.
Reserved permit holders have a designated space reserved for their use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reserved spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and a waiting list will be created once all spaces are filled.

Free Public Parking is available during the evenings (after 6pm) and all day on weekends in any unsigned space.
Surface Parking Lots
Two surface lots are available for free parking all day, Riverboat Road lot and Division Ave Lot. City Hall parking lots are available for nights & evening parking.
County Ramp (South 3rd Street, by County Office Building)
Most of ramp is 24 hour permitted, however follow signage in ramp for parking restrictions. For permits and enforcement contact County Finance, at 701-780-8292.
