RE: Board of Adjustments Meeting Agenda
Please be informed that the meeting date to hear these variances is scheduled for Thursday, October 16, 2025. at 10:30 a.m. in person in room 201 at the Public Works Facility, 724 N. 47th Street, to consider the appeals below. Members of the Grand Forks Board of Adjustments may be attending this meeting in person, electronically or telephonically.
- Zach & Meghan Scott, 1412 Cottonwood St., has made a request for variance to impervious surface area coverage requirements [Section 18-0208(7) of the Land Development Code] in order to construct a detached garage. Legal Description: Lot 11, Block 4 of Lincoln Park View 2nd Addition.
- Jeffrey & Anne Theige, 1983 Prairie Rose Ct., has made a request for variance to side yard setback and impervious surface area coverage requirements [Sections 18-0208(7) & (9) of the Land Development Code] in order to construct an attached garage. Legal Description: Lot 3, Block A of Columbia Park 13th Addition.
- Mitch & Betty Zahradka, 1701 10th Ave. N., has made a request for variance to paving setback requirements [Section 18-0302 of the Land Development Code] in order to repave the driveway. Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 2 of the Auditor's Subdivision #3.
