RE:                 Board of Adjustment Meeting

 

 

Please be informed that the meeting date to hear this variance is scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 2020  at 10:30 AM in Room A102 of City Hall.  It is important that the applicant be present at the meeting in order for the variance to be heard.

 

  1. Meland Architecture on behalf of Jonathan and Maniphone Haug, 1117 Reeves Dr., has made a request for variance to the impervious surface area coverage and accessory building requirements [Sections 18-0209(7) and 18-305(4) of the Land Development Code] in order to construct an accessory building.Legal Description: Lot 9 & 10 and the South half of lot 8, Block 11 of Lindsay’s Addition.

     

  2. Barbara Neeser, 202 Circle Hills Dr., has made a request for variance to the impervious surface area coverage, 2nd front yard setback and accessory building requirements [Sections 18-0208(7) & (8), and 18-0305 of the Land Development Code] in order to build an attached garage addition and rear house addition.Legal Description: Lot 1, Block 14 of Sunbeam Addition.

 

 

The Board of Adjustments has asked that all property owners within 200’ of the above applicants be notified so anyone objecting can be present.
