Grand Forks, ND – Columbia Rd will be down to one lane in each direction starting Monday, September 8, 2025. The closure will be from 13th Ave S to 9th Ave S.

The lane closures are in place to allow crews to place a stormwater forcemain under Columbia Rd. This is the last phase of the Vail Circle Project. 11th Ave S will reopen on Monday. Traffic from 11th Ave S onto Columbia will be restricted to right turns only.

The lane closures on Columbia Rd are expected to be in place for 4 weeks, weather permitting.
