Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing Mill Road at the ND State Mill starting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.  The ND State Mill will be doing work on their facility this summer with a large crane that will be parked on Mill Road.

Local access to businesses along Mill Road can still happen from the North and the South on Mill Road.

The closer will be in place until late September.
