Grand Forks, ND – Crews will be closing 5^th Ave. S. between Demers Ave. and the dead end at N. Washington St. starting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.  The closure is for a complete road reconstruction.

An alternative access will be made available to those that need to access the area along 5^th Ave. S.

The closure will be in place until mid-October, weather permitting.
