State Business Survey
The North Dakota Department of Commerce wants to understand how the Coronavirus pandemic is impacting businesses across our state. They are issuing the second round of a statewide survey to help collect this data. By tracking this information, Department of Commerce and partner organizations can identify additional ways to support North Dakota businesses during this challenging time. You can take the survey by clicking this link.
This survey asks about business experiences since March 13, 2020 (when Governor Burgum declared a State of Emergency in response to the pandemic) and within the next 30 days. This is the second statewide survey about business impact and we hope you'll take a few minutes to share your experiences even if you also responded to the first survey. This will help us identify trends in business impact over time.
"Creating a business-friendly environment is a City Hall priority. My business development team is here to help your business have a GF Smart Restart now, and it will be here in the future as we work with our partners to get our long-term economic momentum back on track." - Mayor Michael R. Brown
On April 28, Governor Burgum released guidelines for a ND Smart Restart. The Governor’s previous executive orders suspended 7% of the North Dakota economy, and those orders expire May 1. ND Smart Restart applies not only to businesses affected by those executive orders but to ALL ND businesses. Businesses should adhere to the universal protocols and industry-specific standards found above.
