New Home Owner Exemption for Residential Construction

North Dakota Century Code § 57-02-08(35)

If you are considering purchasing a new construction home, the City of Grand Forks participates in an incentive program that may allow you to qualify for a reduction on part of your property taxes for the first two years following the initial date of occupancy.
