A property may qualify for the Renaissance Zone exemption if substantial improvements to your home, business or investment property in Grand Forks's designated Renaissance Zone. The Renaissance Zone program will give you property and/or income tax breaks for investing in the Zone.

Applications for Renaissance Zone Exemption are accepted and processed by the Grand Forks Planning & Community Department at 701-746-2661.  Applications for exemption must be approved prior to start of improvements.
