Americans with Disabilities Act

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 prohibits discrimination and ensures equal opportunity and access for persons with disabilities.  CAT will investigate and respond to disability related complaints promptly and within ten business days. Click here to download the ADA Complaint Form.  ADA complaints may be reported to Ali Rood, Mobility Manager - email or 701-757-1503.

CAT will make modifications to its policies and procedures in order to provide meaningful access to CAT services, programs, and facilities.  Requests for reasonable modification for persons with disabilities must be directed to Ali Rood, Mobility Manager - email or call 701-757-1503.  CAT will consider and respond to requests for reasonable modifications promptly and within ten business days.

CAT will not grant requests for modification that would fundamentally alter its transportation program, create a direct threat or significant risk to the health or safety of others, or would not enable someone to access CAT services, programs, or facilities.

Information in languages other than English will be provided as needed and will be consistent with the Department of Transportation's Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Guidance.  Additionally, alternative formats (i.e. large print, braille, audio or video recordings of the use policies and procedures) are available upon request.
