Limit Water Usage:

After last night's heavy rain, the city's wastewater plant is running a full capacity.  The city is asking residents to limit their water usage this morning so the wastewater plant can get caught up

The Grand Forks Emergency Management Office is responsible for the coordination of the City and the County's response to emergency situations and disasters.

Together Grand Forks city and county have developed the Local Emergency Operations Plan, or the LEOP. This plan sets up how the city and county of Grand Forks prepares for and responds to local emergencies.
