Mission Statement: 

The Finance and Administrative Services Department will strive to provide to citizens, City Council, the Mayor, and departments accurate budgeting, accounting, and reporting of the City's financial resources.  We will preserve and maintain accurate legislative documents.  Also, Finance will help strengthen the financial integrity of the City by developing a financial plan, which produces information to support effective decision making. 

Program Description:

The Finance and Administrative Services Department administers the City’s centralized financial activities including the functions of accounting and general administrative oversight of official city files.  Major function areas within the department include:
