The Home Safety program will help you and your family prevent home fires, learn about falls and injury prevention and what to do in the case of a carbon monoxide leak. S.A.F.E was initiated back in 2021 during fire prevention week. We at the Grand Forks Fire Department are committed to ensuring our community's safety.

At these Home Safety Visits, our firefighters will have a conversation with you about your home in terms of escape plans, smoke detectors, and any fire hazards that might be present. We want these visits to be educational to families while being a great opportunity to meet some members of our department.
