Station 1 is located on Demers Ave and houses the Administrative offices for the fire department. These positions include: Fire Chief, Deputy Chiefs, Fire Marshals, and other admin support. 

In terms of equipment, Station 1 holds most equipment for water rescues since they are the closest to downtown and the Red River. This includes a John Deere Gator that allows them to respond to hard-to-reach areas in the Greenway. Station 1 also is where the department's aerial is housed.
